Finally, if you want to add a cheese or other type of thick sauce to your vegetables, remember, you are stuffing your body with more artery clogging cholesterol. And this can kill your eating healthy plan.
To make this all work, you must make sure you avoid the demons that lurk in the shadows or you will suffer the consequences of unhealthy food choices and that will kill your eating healthy plan.
